Work for us!

Please see below descriptions for worker roles for our event held on the 17th June 2023 from 8pm to 5am with paid breaks during the night and one hour paid training in the week before the ball. Successful applicants will be invited to interview during Easter Term, using the email you provide. We will be paying all workers above the Cambridge living wage. You can apply by filling out the form linked below.

Hughes Hall May Ball Workers’ Application Form

Do note wages may change in line with government/living wage advisories running up to the event. We will require applicants to put down a refundable £50 deposit to secure their role – more details on this will be clarified during the interview. We also expect all workers to go through a self-guided briefing document, and an additional training session in the week preceding the event. More details on the exact dates and times will be provided during the interview.
